To register to vote The Georgia Secretary of State has created a website so the voter’s registration card can be downloaded, filled out and mailed.

Please follow these instructions to complete your application:

• Fill in this PDF application online, or print the application and then write in the information.
• Verify all information on your application.
• Sign your application.
• Mail the completed, signed application. No postage necessary if mailed in the United States.
