Emergency Data Cards
PACE wants to remind the City of Atlanta Employee to maintain updated Emergency Data Information. Here are a few helpful reason to update your Emergency Data: 1. In Case of Emergency designated family/or others members can be contacted. 2. The City of Atlanta adheres to OSHA/EPA standards for awareness and emergency preparedness, your current information will help notify your contact personnel immediately. 3. Emergency Data Information is kept Confidential, since 1991 Homeland Security advises all city, state, federal governments how critical it is to keep personnel emergency data up to date. We recommend reveiwing or updating your Emergency Data at least every 6 months, or upon any change of address, or telephone numbers or contact personnel.
4. Safety Hazards are
sometimes unrecognizable even with training and warning signs, accidents can happen to good workers, any emergency medical information can be maintained
on your Emergency Data Card in the event it is needed. 5. PACE maintains addresses for mailing list to insure our union members are kept informed of urgent information, it is a good practice to keep your mailing address up to date.
See your Manager/Supervisor today and update you Emergency Data Information, and insure your HR office has your correct mailing address, and remember PACE is here for you!
