95.34% of single family garbage was collected on schedule in December, below the 99.9% target and averaging 4,476 misses per week. 99.9% of collections occurred during the scheduled pickup week. DPW will hire 20 Extra Help positions to address missed pickups. 68% of Major and 65% of Minor Traffic Signal projects and maintenance were completed on schedule in December, below the 90% target and down from November's averages of 80% and 69%. DPW is evaluating resource reallocation and its purchasing process in order to improve performance. »
