URGENT ALERT FOR RIF PERSONNEL

Did you know you have 5 days to Appeal the RIF Action of the City of Atlanta? PACE will handle all appeals for PACE Union Members, however you must contact the PACE Union office immediately or the President of PACE Union Gina Pagnotta if you have received a RIF notice.

You must contact PACE for Arrangement to Start the Appeal process and sign the Appeal document. PACE Union attorney’s will handle all appeal request for PACE Union members City of Atlanta Employees who has been given RIF notifications .

It is urgent that you contact your PACE Union Office before the 5 days. RIF Action notification issued MAY 1, 2, 3 which means you must contact the Union no later than Monday May 5 to Wednesday May 7^th 2008.
