ALERT-PACE HELP RIF MEMBERS
PACE will continue to assist RIF-ED Union personnel with personal needs. Union Members must contact PACE this week. A Union meeting will be scheduled within the next 10 days to explain upcoming PACE actions Plans. PACE will also continue Accidental Insurance Coverage for RIF personnel as long as memberships are active. Numbers to call: Union Office - 404 521-9043 PACE President -404 437-1251
Pace will assist RIF union personnel with Employment Services and limited financial support for urgent needs. PACE will answer questions in the upcoming meeting on: -Continuants of dues payments -How long PACE can offer assistance -Time frame for the Appeal Process
Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will provide help for RIF-ED City of Atlanta employees in the following areas: -Unemployment Insurance -Employment Services -Education and Training -Health and Human Services -Consumer Credit Counseling You must contact the GDOL for their assistance programs .
