We have been trying to reach as many of you as we can, but it is nearly impossible to visit every work location during all working hours. Especially when you consider the time constraints we all work under. If you would like to join P.A.C.E. but you don't have a membership card, here are some easy ways that you and your co-workers can signup.

1. Contact us to request signup cards, literature, or whatever else you need by sending an e-mail to PACEAtlanta@earthlink.net or phone the N.A.G.E. office at 404-521-9043 and make the request. We will see that you get whatever you need in the quickest way possible.

2. By clicking here you will bring up a web page with a facsimile of the signup card on it. Just use the print function of your browser to print that page out. Then fill it out completely and sign it and have a witness sign it also. Please include contact information such as your work location and work phone number on the page somewhere below the signup form in case we need to get back in touch with you. Then fax the completed form to the N.A.G.E. office at 404-688-8206. If you can't fax it in, you can mail it to the N.A.G.E. office at: 581 Simpson St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30314. We cannot do true online signup over the web because we must have a card that bears your signature and that of a witness.
