Our Mission Statement:

• To establish the Professional Association of City Employees or P.A.C.E. – Atlanta as a recognized group of organized City of Atlanta employees working at the professional level for the purpose of being represented as one unified body with one unified voice.
• To promote open channels of communication between our organization and the City of Atlanta’s Administration and Council and to stimulate direct and honest negotiations through those channels within a framework and spirit of cooperation.
• To constantly strive to maintain a total compensation package for our members that is up to date and comparable to industry standards.
• To sustain a robust spirit of professionalism in the workplace and to always seek to encourage a better, healthier work environment for each of our members, from all perspectives.

We believe that these efforts will result in significant benefits for our members and the government and the taxpayers of the City of Atlanta.
